AND TURN HER BELIEF OF
"I HATE ME" INTO "I LOVE ME"
THOUSANDS FROM SEVERAL COUNTRIES ARE LIVING HAPPY, FULFILLING LIVES, THANKS TO ELLY'S DEVELOPMENT OF CORE BELIEF ENGINEERING
Elly Roselle is the creator and founder of Core Belief Engineering. A brilliant mind and a life long learner, Elly is a pioneer in belief change work. CBE was born out of her own need to solve her battle with anorexia and bulimia, conditions resulting from a decision she made as a young teenager to control her eating. For 19 years, Elly fought a daily battle with her subconscious beliefs and decisions, and her fat phobia, in a desperate bid to be thin.
Unable to achieve change for herself through traditional therapies, Elly spent hours mapping the conscious and subconscious mind, exploring them for a solution to her illness. She was her own guinea pig. At age 33, Elly was able to make change and turn her feelings of self-loathing and belief of "I hate me" into "I love me." This shift in her belief system transformed her illness in a way that it was completely resolved. She has since never had the desire to starve, binge or purge.
Elly spent the next few years healing her mind and body, and experimenting on herself and volunteers with a great variety of presenting issues, while continuing to develop the CBE Method. In 1985, she copyrighted the processes and took CBE public, offering the Basic and Practitioner Intensive courses across Canada. In 2001, the series of courses evolved into the College of Core Belief Engineering and two more Basic Instructors were trained. In 2005 Elly's case study book "Changing the Mind Healing the Body" was released by Ugly Duckling Editions. Research and development continue.
Since its inception, CBE has been taught to over a thousand people. There are Intern, Associate and Certified Practitioners across Canada. Most importantly, thousands of clients from several countries are living happy, fulfilling lives, thanks to Elly's development of Core Belief Engineering.
