Core Belief Engineering is a results oriented psychotherapy developed and copyrighted by Elly Roselle. It is only available through an Intern, Associate or Certified CBE Practitioner. Using a gentle question and answer process, CBE works to change limiting beliefs and behaviors, allowing you to move forward and create the life you choose, without the limiting beliefs.
Most therapies analyze the problem, teach coping skills and enourage affirmations. Often clients are required to attend one hour therapy sessions, once a week for several weeks, sometimes years. Clients may see some results, but most just learn how to cope. CBE works to solve the issue once and for all. With time, CBE clients often forget the problem that brought them to therapy in the first place.
CBE is a personal one-on-one psychotherapy that communicates deeply with the subconscious and conscious minds. You are fully conscious during the entire process, observing, learning and participating in your changes. CBE awakens your conscious mind and brings your subconscious into alignment with your wants and desires. As a client you are respected and decide for yourself what beliefs you want to change, and what you want to change them to. Memories arise and are effectively resolved, but at no time are you required to re-experience trauma or anguish.
Private Sessions are scheduled for a full day. Some sessions may take between five and eight hours and some a bit longer. The CBE practitioner will take whatever time is necessary to work through and solve the issues at hand, making deep transformative changes.
After every session, you will notice a shift in your problem. Some shifts are dramatic and some a bit more subtle, until the next layer is dealt with. There is no average amount of visits. Most clients will experience significant change in three to five sessions. Those with deep, life script issues may require eight to ten sessions or more, conducted over a year or two. Each session is held four to seven weeks apart to allow for the integration of change. My aim is to help you get results quickly and efficiently.
CBE moves past analysis and labeling of behaviors. It is for people who really want to solve their issues, and get on with living their lives.
