A private one on one CBE session begins with finding out what you want to change and achieve as a result of the work. Together we build a contract. Then we move into CBE processing mode for the rest of the session. The CBE process is a gentle, question and answer method involving a guided internal communication between your conscious mind, and the part of your subconscious mind that can aid in solving the problem. Benefit structures, core beliefs, decisions, strategies, behaviors, function and patterns are examined in detail. The CBE process allows you to tap into your natural core energy, where change and re-engineering of beliefs occurs at the emotional, mental, physical and spiritual levels. It is completely up to you to decide what changes will be made. Sessions average between five to eight hours, some a bit longer, depending on the complexity of the problem. The process will be moved along as quickly as possible, but change cannot be forced. I will support you steadfastly throughout the process - for whatever time is needed, to enable you to experience change quickly and fully - to achieve your contract. Because of the myriad of variables in a person's makeup, it is difficult to predict how long a session will take, so it is important you keep an open-ended schedule for the whole day. We will take the time needed to achieve the contract. At the end of the session, expect to feel tired, elated, relieved, and different. You will know and feel that change has been made. Following a CBE session, I recommend a soothing bath, good meal, some light exercise and sleep. These activities will assist with the integration of change. It is important that you simply go back to living your life and be mindful and accepting of the changes that follow over the next several days, weeks and months. Two weeks following your session, a complimentary 15-minute follow up is conducted over the telephone, to review how the changes are progressing. During this phone call we can assess how soon to schedule your next session if you haven't done so already. Most often you will notice change immediately or within a few days following a session. Everyone integrates differently and at different speeds. Some change is dramatic and some change more subtle until the layer underneath is dealt with. It is difficult to predict how many sessions a client needs to fully make the desired changes. Most clients require three to five sessions, while those with deep life script or stubborn issues may required eight to ten sessions conducted over a year or two. It is important to schedule enough private sessions to see the change through to its completion. |
