I stood on top of Blackcomb Mountain in Whistler, BC and as I looked into the valleys, the drops between the mountains, the gaps between the peaks, I realized there was a gap in my life. I had come to a place where I had achieved a certain amount of success in many areas but I wasn't yet where I wanted to be. I wasn’t there yet---whatever “there” meant. I realized that I was an, “I’m Almost there girl.”

The “I’m Almost There Girl,” is a girl who has it going on in one or more areas of her life but in other areas a gap exists between where she stands and where she aches to be. What she wants appears to be just out of her reach. Every “I’m Almost There Girl,” stands on her version of the edge of a mountain looking out at the other peaks wanting desperately to be over there saying to herself, “That’s where I want to be. How do I get there? How do I move from here to there?”
