What Esther Talks About:
Esther's expertise is working with people's belief systems to help them move forward and make change. At the base of all her keynotes, Esther educates her audience on the power and importance of beliefs, where we get them from and how they sabotage us from achieving our dreams. She also inspires and encourages her audience that there is hope and change is possible. It's as simple as changing your thoughts.
Esther’s current keynote is entitled “You’re Almost There Girl.” Please note it can be modified to be gender neutral and to suit your particular conference theme and audience. She welcomes the opportunity to hear what your needs and themes are and create a keynote especially for your event.
You’re Almost There Girl:
I stood on top of Blackcomb Mountain in Whistler, BC and as I looked into the valleys, the drops between the mountains, the gaps between the peaks, I realized there was a gap in my life. I had come to a place where I had achieved a certain amount of success in many areas but I wasn't yet where I wanted to be. I wasn’t there yet---whatever “there” meant. I realized that I was an, “I’m Almost there girl.”
The “I’m Almost There Girl,” is a girl who has it going on in one or more areas of her life but in other areas a gap exists between where she stands and where she aches to be. What she wants appears to be just out of her reach. Every “I’m Almost There Girl,” stands on her version of the edge of a mountain looking out at the other peaks wanting desperately to be over there saying to herself, “That’s where I want to be. How do I get there? How do I move from here to there?”
"I'm Almost There Girls" are everywhere. It's you, me, your sister, mother, colleague business partner, best friend. They are of every age, socio and economic status.
As I stood upon that mountain, a little voice began to emerge from within myself whispering, “You’re almost there keep going. You’re almost there keep believing; You’re Almost There Girl.”
I listened to that still small voice and using the tips and techniques I will offer to your audience, I bridged the gap in many areas of my life from "I'm Almost There," to "I'm Here, Let's Celebrate."
I started a new career path, lost weight and began to love and accept myself just as I am. I moved into a fabulous condo and started to connect with people in a whole new way. Dreams began to tumble into my experience as reality and ideas once thought impossible were now probable. As I celebrated the victories in my life, the cycle of bridging the gap continued as new and wonderful creations flooded my thoughts and being. The difference this time was that I had hope and I knew what to do to get to where I wanted to be.
Esther’s Keynote: You're Almost There Girl encourages and inspires audiences to hold fast to their dreams and keep moving forward. It offers tips and solutions to move through the challenges and stumbling blocks which pop up along the way. Esther speaks from the heart outlining related life experiences and peppers her talk with the wisdom and knowledge she has gained along her journey.
The information put forth in this keynote is vital to helping your audience reconnect to the part(s) of themselves they have lost. It will help them get their mojo back or at the very least tweak themselves to rev it up.
Allow Esther to be a sister, best friend, confidante to your attendees helping them to blossom into a grander version of themselves. She has lived the journey of taking a giant leap in her life and discovered that her purpose is to help others do the same.
When participants leave your event they will feel confident and back on track. They will be ready to shed their, "I'm Almost There Girl" status, take a giant leap and listen to that still small voice that whispers to them, "You're Almost There Girl".
